Short Message Service Centre
WTL’s SMSC solution supports classical text messaging (P2P and A2P) and MMS, as well as USSD for service activation and interaction.
Interconnection and routing
In addition to supporting your own messaging services, our SMSC enables interconnection with peers and enterprise partners, so you can support global message delivery and enable B2C A2P services via the SMPP interface for communication and authentication.
High-volume message delivery
Up to 1000 MSUs per second can be supported, offering the scale and performance without compromise you need for reliable service delivery – backed by QoS reporting to meet SLAs and KPI targets. GTT and SCCP manipulation can also be supported, enabling custom service configurations.

Pull and push modes
Both USSD Phase 1 and 2 are supported, enabling session-based two-way interaction between user and network. Real-time capabilities provide a valuable complement to messaging-based interaction and give feature-phone users access to key services – maintaining accessibility for your subscribers.
Support universal access
USSD functions when internet access is unavailable, so GSM users (or devices attached to GSM networks) can still use USSD interaction to support secure transactions, retrieve information and configure services.
