Conducted every year, WTL’s surveys provide the latest insight and opinions from operators, ISPs, Governments and vendors building networks across rural Africa. This year, we’re seeking separate contributions from the regulatory community, which is helping to drive change across the region at an institutional level.
This year, our annual survey features a special regulatory focus. We’re interested in the views of the regulatory community, which shapes policy and is driving the extension of national coverage.
These are interesting times – even while some countries are forging ahead with 5G, others are working hard to address the coverage gap. Projects in countries as diverse as Scotland, Chile and Tanzania are bringing more connectivity to more people than before – but the gap remains wide.
That’s why we want to understand from you what you think can be done to close this gap. We – and others – continue to champion the National Roaming model, which we believe can increase coverage, improve service levels and encourage competition.
But, what do you think? Take part and share your voice!
We encourage the regulatory community to share your thoughts. Please take part today and we’ll look forward to sharing our findings with you.
